The EMS Resubmit Research Grant Program gives grant applications a second chance. EMS faculty submit many meritorious grant applications that do not reach the intended goal of securing extramural funds. The EMS Resubmit Research Grant program offers the opportunity to further advance the feasibility and directionality of competitive, but unfunded research ideas and increase the likelihood of success attaining extramural funds.
To have your unfunded grant proposal considered for a Resubmit Research Grant, you need to apply within one year of the review date of the grant application, not have been selected for funding, and provide evidence of its competitiveness or high scoring. Any area of research is eligible for funding. EMS faculty proposing research activities aligned with the college strategic plan are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.
