The EMS Career Advancement Network (CAN) is a dynamic program crafted to equip EMS graduate and undergraduate students with a holistic education that advances their academic knowledge and prepares them for thriving careers. Recognizing that career development goes beyond earning a degree, EMS CAN connects students with industry experts, expands their professional networks, and reveals the practical impacts of their studies. By blending industry insights with mentorship and career exploration, EMS CAN empowers students to discover and pursue traditional and non-traditional career paths. Our diverse community of graduate and undergraduate students, faculty, staff, and alumni collaborates to bridge the divide between classroom learning and real-world applications. You “CAN” customize your experience by selecting from optional resource tracks, including industry, mentoring, and program resources, to suit unique needs and schedules. Upon enrollment, students and alumni choose from the resources they wish to provide or access, allowing for a personalized approach to career development.
